At Kristails Siberian Cats, adopting one of our kittens is a thoughtful, personalized experience. We focus on raising healthy, well-socialized Siberian kittens in a loving home environment and matching each kitten with the right family.
Whether you are local to Virginia and North Carolina, or traveling from New York or New Jersey, we make the adoption process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Our process couldn't be easier. We do NOT do lengthy inquiry forms! Just contact us and let us know which kitten you'd like. After a few questions and a little information from you, you're on your way to a new Siberian kitten.
Our goal is not just to place kittens, it's to create lifelong matches.
Step-by-Step Kitten Adoption Process
Initial Inquiry
Start by contacting us through our website or messaging system. Tell us a little about yourself, your household, and what you're looking for in a Siberian kitten (gender preference, coloring, temperament, allergies, etc.).
Allergy Testing
Before proceeding forward, you may want to check your cat allergies with our Siberian Cat Allergy Testing Kit. The kit cost $50.00 and will give you a good idea of how you would react to living with a Siberian cat, before committing to purchasing a kitten. Order your Siberian Cat Allergy Testing Kit today.
Pickup, Reservations, or Waiting List
Once you have tested and decide to move forward, you may choose a kitten that is available and ready for pickup, reserve an available upcoming litter, or join our waiting list for a future litter. A non-refundable $400.00 deposit is required to reserve a kitten or secure a spot on our waiting list. The deposit is applied toward the final adoption price. If choosing a kitten that is readily available and of age to be released, you can pay in full when you pick her up.
Final Payment
Kittens range in price from $1200.00 to $1500.00, depending on quality, type, and unique coloring. $1300.00 is the typical price of our kittens. Full payment is required before any kitten is released. No kitten leaves our care without being paid in full.
Pickup or Transportation
Kittens may be picked up locally near Martinsville, Virginia. A convenient place and time will be agreed upon at a well-lit, public location for everyone's safety. Kittens needing transportation via professional courier service will be arranged and paid by the customer, with recommendations by us on good, reliable transporters. Our couriers and transporters frequently deliver kittens to NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Every kitten must leave our home in a secure cat carrier. If you need one, we can provide an appropriately sized carrier for $25.00 to $35.00.

Do kittens need a carrier?
Yes. Every kitten must leave in a secure carrier. If needed, we provide carriers for an additional $25.00 to $35.00.

We are located near Martinsville, Virginia, near the North Carolina border. For safety, we typically meet families in nearby public locations rather than inside our home.
