For a ballpark cost on door to door ground delivery, the fees for transportation from Martinsville, VA to Northern NJ were $400.00 to $425.00 in December 2025, and $450.00 to New York City at that time with the couriers I used. Because everyone's allergies are different, we highly recommend completing allergy testing before committing to a kitten. For the cost of $50.00, we offer a convenient at-home allergy testing kit that allows you to test in your own environment. This avoids outside allergens that could affect results. You can take your time and observe reactions naturally. This helps ensure your future kitten is truly a good fit for your household.

Payment & Pickup Policies
To ensure the safety of every kitten and a smooth adoption process, we follow these important policies:

Full payment required before release.
All kittens must be paid in full before leaving our premises. This applies to in-person pickups, as well as courier arrangements.

Secure cat carrier required at pickup.
For your kitten's safety, no kitten leaves our home without being placed in a secure cat carrier. If you already have a carrier, you're welcome to bring it with you. If not, we're happy to provide one for you for an extra fee.

Cat carrier availability.
Need a carrier for pickup or courier services? We offer sturdy cat carriers for an additional fee of $25.00 to $35.00 depending on the size of your kitten. Just let us know in advance so we can have the correct size ready.

Pickup Location & Meeting Arrangements

All listed kitten prices apply to kittens pickup up near our home in Martinsville, VA. For everyone's safety and comfort, we often prefer to meet clients in a common, well-lit public location nearby, during daylight hours, rather than directly in our home. This helps ensure the security of ourselves, our kittens, and our clients. Details for pickup are discussed individually once your kitten is reserved.
Transport & Courier Services

Reserving A Kitten Or
Joining Our Waiting List

Families may choose to reserve a specific available kitten or be placed on our waiting list for a future litter. A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Siberian kitten or join Kristails Siberian Cats' waiting list. The deposit applies toward the final price of the kitten.

Your deposit will hold a particular kitten, or secure your place on our waiting list for an upcoming litter. Deposits help ensure serious inquiries and allow us to plan responsibly for each litter and family.

There are times when unforeseen circumstances arise. Deposits on a kitten can be changed to another kitten, or can be applied for a later time when situations are more convenient.
